Each order is packed and shipped with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Times
Original Paintings: Usually ship within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
Fine Art Prints: Each print is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
Commissions: Custom work will include a confirmed shipping timeline once the artwork is complete.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the artwork’s size.
Orders within Canada are sent via tracked shipping with Canada Post or UPS.
International shipping is available — delivery times and fees vary depending on destination and customs.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent bending, moisture, or impact damage.
Originals are wrapped, padded, and boxed securely.
Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy mailing tubes depending on size.
Each order is packed by hand from my studio in Simcoe County, Ontario.
Local Pickup
Local collectors are always welcome!
If you’re in or near Simcoe County, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.
I’ll email you personally to arrange a convenient pickup time once your order is ready.
International Orders
I happily ship worldwide.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes required by their country.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at

Returns
I offer a 30 day money back guarantee on undamaged goods (original paintings).
All commissions are final sale, as each piece is created specifically for you.
Print returns are subject to the fulfillment site policies and out of my control.
