Refund policy

Undamaged original paintings may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact Berry Art before sending anything back. The artwork must be returned and received in its original condition and protective packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After 30 days from the date of purchase the sale is final. Commissions are custom-made and final sale.

For damaged original paintings, photograph the packaging and artwork immediately upon arrival, keep all packaging, and contact Berry Art within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the outside and inside packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged area. The claim will be reviewed and an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution will be arranged.

Print orders are final sale except for damage or misprint reported within 30 days of delivery. For EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights described below apply to eligible non-personalized print orders.

For purchases made by consumers in the European Union, applicable statutory withdrawal rights apply in addition to this policy and override any conflicting terms above. EU customers may cancel an unfulfilled order and may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days after the last item in the order is delivered, without giving a reason.

To request a cancellation or return electronically, sign in to your Berry Art customer account and select the applicable order.

When exercising the right of withdrawal after delivery, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Returned artwork must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying Berry Art of the withdrawal. Refunds will be processed as required by applicable EU law and may be withheld until the returned goods are received or evidence of return is provided.

Custom-made or clearly personalized commissions may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. EU statutory withdrawal rights apply to non-exempt products regardless of any conflicting final-sale language elsewhere in this policy.
