Pricing & Taxes

Are Taxes Included in the Prices?

Canadian HST/GST is included in the listed prices for Originals and Commissions. For Prints, taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do shipping or cross-border fees apply?

Free shipping is offered within Canada for Originals and Commissions on purchases over $100. Shipping, duties and cross-border fees (for outside Canada) are the collector’s responsibility.

Why do some different sizes cost the same or nearly the same?

Pricing is based on tiers of wall presence, not strict square-inch or square centimeter math. Several sizes may sit at the same tier so you can choose the format that fits your space best - square, rectangle, or panorama - without small price differences affecting the decision.

Originals

Is there a guarantee or return policy?

Yes, Originals come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days the piece doesn’t feel right, it may be returned - shipping is paid by the purchaser. After 30 days, the sale is final.

What about framing or choosing a framer?

Framing guidance is not provided. Originals ship un-framed unless otherwise specified; collectors are invited to arrange framing locally to suit the wall space and décor.

Commissions (By Application Only)

Is there a deposit on Commissions?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the process.

Are Commissions Refundable?

No. Commissions are custom-created and non-refundable and not returnable. 50% of the price must be paid before the planning period and is non-refundable. Because the work is tailored specifically for the collector, the sale is final once the process begins.

What about printouts of the sketch or process?

The commission process includes shared planning, sketches, and preview stages, as appropriate. However once the final piece is completed and approved it is considered final sale.

When can I expect delivery of the final painting?

You painting will be shipped once final payment is processed.

How long does a typical Commissions take?

It depends on the complexity of the commission. Typically once work begins it takes 4- 8 weeks to complete.

Prints

How are prints fulfilled?

Prints are produced on a print-on-demand basis through Printful. They are created only after an order is placed.

What is the policy for returns or defects on prints?

At the time of this writing Printful's policy states:

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns or refunds for "change of mind " or buyer’s remorse are not accepted for print-on-demand items.

Therefore print orders are final sale unless damage or misprint has occurred.

Are signed or limited-edition prints available?

Yes. From time to time signed or limited-edition prints may be offered. Details of edition size, numbering, and COA (Certificate of Authenticity) will appear on the relevant product page.

Sizing & Selection

How do I know which size will work on my wall?

Size guides and limited wall mockups are available to help visualize how a piece will fit your space. The goal is to help you choose a size based on how it feels in your home - wall height, furniture scale, and viewing distance all matter more than raw inches. Mockups are for representation only and may not look the same as the art in your home.

Payments & Plans

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards and typical digital payment methods are accepted. For custom commissions are 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin; the balance is due before final delivery or pickup.

Are split payment plans available?

No. installmentsare not available at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does Shipping apply?

Originals ans Commissions ship from Canada. Free shipping is provided in Canada for purchases over $100 (Originals and Commissions only). Prints ship via Printful from fulfillment facilities; international customs, duties, and tariffs may apply and are outside the seller’s control.

Return Policy

What if an artwork arrives damaged?

Please photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately upon arrival. Report the damage within 7 days of delivery for Originals or Commissions. Replacement or resolution will be arranged as appropriate.

Who pays for returns shipping?

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees

Licencing & Usage

Does purchasing artwork include reproduction rights?

No. ownership covers the physical piece or print you purchase. Copyright and reproduction rights remain separate. Licensing for reproduction, commercial use, or display beyond personal collection requires a separate agreement from the Artist.
